Tours of The Mermaid Inn

 
 


On the last Sunday of each month, from February 24th 2019, Owner Judith Blincow will be giving Guided Tours through 600 years of history of The Mermaid Inn.

The Tours start at 4pm and 5pm, lasting for an hour.

Discover the Norman Vaulted Cellars dating to 1156, peer at the Priest Hole, and find out about the numerous stories of The Mermaid’s rich history.

We would ask only for a donation to our charity the National Deaf Childrens’ Society.  www.ndcs.org.uk

Jazz Supper at The Mermaid Thursday February 28th

An evening of food, music and fun from multi-instrumentalist Geoff Hiscott, a regular entertainer on cruise ships, who delights audiences old and young alike; singer/guitarist Paul Brown who plays a vast repertoire of popular songs ranging from 50s and 60s classic to current chart sounds; irrepressible host and bass-player David Silk and vocalist Jacci Norris who has the impossible task of trying to keep them all in order.
